The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing exceptional talent, conducting recruitment processes and ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with developing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source qualified candidates.
- Develop an internship program, working with local universities to develop a talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and create detailed and accurate job descriptions and key must-haves.
- Screen all candidates for open positions.
- Plan and conduct full-cycle recruitment processes (interviews, assessments, etc.).
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and interviewers on effective interviewing skills, recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Backup HR Coordinator on scheduling when necessary.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Evaluate interviewer feedback and make a recommendation for hire to Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Manager during the offer process, recommending salary, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.
- Assist with the employee referral program.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and employment.
- Organize and attend career fairs and other recruitment events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Skills, Experience, Education, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, human resources, communications or similar field.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
- A minimum of two (2) years in oil/gas technical recruiting (Field Service, engineering)
- Experience balancing numerous roles while conducting detailed interviews with candidates.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter search platform.
- Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with international recruitment is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
The position will work onsite at our Katy, Texas Service Operations facility in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
