The Field Technician will be supporting the Field Engineer in managing and executing projects in a safe manner. He/She will take a leading role in the hands-on work. It requires travel globally to install, commission, troubleshoot and pull Subsurface Compressor Systems (SCSs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes required training successfully
• Verbally and in written form communicates with internal and external teams to prepare and execute jobs
• Supports field operations on client sites safely
• Drives to and from location
• Assist with the development of procedures and training materials
• Supports continuous improvement efforts 

Skills, Experience, Education, and Abilities:

• High school diploma (minimum)
• 5 years + of electrical submersible pump installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Experience with variable speed drives and instrumentation
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Physical and mental activities. Domestic and international travel up to ~70% of time.
