The Field Technician will be supporting the Field Engineer in managing and executing projects in a safe manner. He/She will take a leading role in the hands-on work. It requires travel globally to install, commission, troubleshoot and pull Subsurface Compressor Systems (SCSs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes required training successfully
- Verbally and in written form communicates with internal and external teams to prepare and execute jobs
- Supports field operations on client sites safely
- Drives to and from location
- Assist with the development of procedures and training materials
- Supports continuous improvement efforts
Skills, Experience, Education, and Abilities:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- 5 years + of electrical submersible pump installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Experience with variable speed drives and instrumentation
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- No direct supervisory responsibilities. Candidate must be able to lead a team both on and off-site.

- Physical and mental activities. Domestic and international travel up to ~70% of time.
